Salt Lake County preps $67 million TRANs offering for June 25

New York, June 18 - Salt Lake County is expected to price $67 million of series 2013 tax and revenue anticipation notes on June 25, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes (MIG 1) will be sold competitively with Zions Bank Public Finance as the financial adviser.

The notes are due Dec. 27, 2013.

Proceeds will be used to finance cash flow needs for the county.
