New Issue: Saga Oil wraps NOK 180 million in placement of stock

Chicago, June 25 - Saga Oil ASA said it settled NOK 180 million in an oversubscribed private placement of shares.

Saga issued 18 million shares for NOK 10.00 per share.

The placement was managed by Terra Securities ASA and Carnegie ASA.

The offering was announced June 8.

Saga Oil is a Norwegian company that develops and operates oil and natural gas properties and is based in Stavanger.
