Moody's rates Bryant University, R.I., bonds Aaa/VMIG1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a rating of Aaa/VMIG1 to Rhode Island Health and Educational Facilities Building Corp.'s $50 million of higher education facility revenue refunding bonds, Bryant University issue, series 2008.

The bonds are supported by a letter of credit from TD Banknorth, NA, which is rated Aa2/P-1. Bryant University is rated A2.

The bonds are expected to sell on April 24.
