New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $562,000 autocallable jump notes on four stocks

Chicago, June 28 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $562,000 of jump securities with autocallable feature due Dec. 18, 2025 linked to common stocks of ChargePoint Holdings, Inc., DoorDash, Inc., Plug Power Inc. and Peloton Interactive, Inc. stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities will be called automatically at par plus 54.5% per year if the price of each underlying stock is greater than or equal to 90% of its initial price on any semiannual determination date starting Dec. 19, 2022.
At maturity, the payout will be par plus 218% if the least performing stock finishes at or above its initial level. Investors will receive par if the least performing stock declines but finishes at or above its 50% threshold level. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing stock.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
