The benchmark changes are as follows:

• Nuveen Strategy Growth Allocation Fund will change its benchmark to Morningstar Moderately Aggressive Target Risk Index from Dow Jones Moderate U.S. Portfolio Index;

• Nuveen Strategy Balanced Allocation Fund will change its benchmark to Morningstar Moderate Target Risk Index from Dow Jones Moderate U.S. Portfolio Index; and

• Nuveen Strategy Conservative Allocation Fund will change its benchmark to Morningstar Moderately Conservative Target Risk Index from Dow Jones Conservative U.S. Portfolio Index.

Chicago-based Nuveen Fund Advisors, Inc. is the investment adviser to the funds.
