Blum Capital sells off shares of Nu Skin, keeps 7.2% stake in company

Charlotte, N.C., March 26 - Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. investors led by Blum Capital Partners, LP sold 967,210 shares of the company's stock between March 15 and March 23 priced from $16.52 to $16.77 per share, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own 4,755,900 shares, or 7.2%, of the Provo, Utah, personal care products distribution company's stock.
