Quantum Partners sells shares of NPS Pharmaceuticals, keeps 1.75% stake

New York, Oct. 5 - NPS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. investors led by Quantum Partners LDC sold shares of the company's stock between Oct. 2 and Oct. 5, priced from $5.45 to $5.6356.

Following the trades, the reporting persons beneficially own 809,230 shares, or 1.75%, of the Parsippany, N.J. biopharmaceutical company.
