Nordic Investment Bank talks dollar five-year global notes at mid-swaps plus 11 bps area

Tupelo, Miss., Sept. 3 – Nordic Investment Bank plans to price a dollar-denominated offering of five-year global notes (Aaa/AAA) on Thursday, according to an informed source.

Initial price talk is in the mid-swaps plus 11 basis points area.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., HSBC Bank plc, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are the lead managers.

Nordic Investment Bank is an international financial institution owned by Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden.
