Blesbok ups stake in Nobel Learning to 27.6%

Charlotte, N.C., July 17 - Investor Blesbok LLC acquired 85,000 shares of Nobel Learning Communities, Inc. for $13.53 per share, according to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Michael R. Milken contributed an additional 33,400 shares to Blesbok in exchange for membership interests of Blesbok.

ET Holdings, LLC contributed to Blesbok 969,466 shares that it held directly in exchange for membership interests of Blesbok, the filing stated.

Blesbok directly holds 2,870,835 shares, or 27.6% of Nobel Learning's outstanding shares.

It was previously reported that Blesbok acquired 200,000 shares of the company for $13.28 each in a broker transaction on May 7 for a 17.2% ownership interest.

Nobel Learning is a West Chester, Pa., private education company.
