Moody's: NightHawk unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said it expects repayment in full of the rated debt of NightHawk Radiology Holdings Inc. per the change-of-control provision in the company's credit agreement, assuming the completion of the definitive purchase agreement announced by Virtual Radiologic to acquire NightHawk.

NightHawk's B2 corporate family rating and negative outlook are unaffected by this news.

When the rated debt has been paid in full, Moody's said it will withdraw all of its ratings.
