Migdal Insurance decreases stake to 4.9% in Nice-Systems

Philadelphia, Nov. 17 - Migdal Insurance & Financial Holdings Ltd. decreased its investment to 4.9% in Nice-Systems Ltd. as of Nov. 5, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

That represents a passive stake of 3,001,318 shares.

Those holdings are slightly down from the 5.01% passive stake, or 3,039,487 shares, that the company reported owning on Oct. 28, according to a SC 13G.

Nice-Systems is a Ra'anana, Israel-based security equipment company.
