Graphite mining company sells 170,000 common shares at $1.00 each

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Sept. 3 – Next Graphite, Inc. completed a $170,000 private placement of stock on Aug. 28, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 170,000 common shares at $1.00 per share to an accredited investor. The per-share price is a 566.67% premium to the closing share price of $0.15 on Aug. 27.
The Carson City, Nev.-based company is an exploration and development-stage company focusing on graphite.
