New Issue: New York Community Bancorp prices $90 million 2.55% notes due 2010

New York, Dec. 24 - New York Community Bancorp Inc. priced $90 million in 2.55% senior notes due 2010 that are backed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program, according to an 8-K Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

The notes (Aaa/AAA/AAA) are non-callable.

The bank is based in Westbury, NY.
