New Jersey American Water to bring $145 million water facility bonds

New York, May 1 -New Jersey American Water is expected to price up to $145 million in general mortgage tax-exempt water facility refunding revenue bonds, according to a statement released by the company Friday.

The full terms of the bonds were not immediately available.

Proceeds will be used to term out short-term variable-rate debt to long-term fixed rates.

Based in Voorhees, N.J., the company provides water and wastewater services.
