Neumann Homes bid procedure hearing again delayed

Portland, Ore., Sept. 17 - Neumann Homes Inc.'s hearing on the proposed bidding procedures related to its agreement with Comerica Bank to sell its Michigan development sites was continued to Oct. 1, according to a source familiar with the case.

The hearing has been pushed back multiple times and was most recently scheduled for Sept. 17.

Neumann Homes, a Warrenville, Ill.-based homebuilder, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 1, 2007 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Its Chapter 11 case number is 07-20412.
