Neumann Homes hearing for approval of bid procedures for Comerica sale arrangement delayed one week

Portland, Ore., May 6 - Neumann Homes, Inc.'s hearing for approval of the bidding procedures related to the company's asset sale arrangement with Comerica Bank has been continued to May 14 by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, according to a court source.

The hearing was pushed back from May 6.

Neumann Homes, a Warrenville, Ill.-based homebuilder, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 1, 2007. Its Chapter 11 case number is 07-20412.
