Navistar International investor Owl Creek sells 537,104 shares

Charlotte, N.C., July 27 - Navistar International Corp. investors led by Owl Creek I, LP decreased their stake in the company to 4.69% from 5.70% according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors sold 537,104 shares between July 21 and July 27 at prices from $41.09 to $42.25 each, the filing said.

Between June 1 and July 17, Owl Creek sold 1,174,850 shares at prices from $39.81 to $43.60, a prior SEC filing said.

Owl Creek beneficially owns 3,299,806 shares of the company's outstanding stock.

Navistar, through its subsidiary, International Truck and Engine Corp., produces commercial truck, school bus and mid-range diesel engines. The company is based in Warrenville, Ill.
