Owl Creek buys shares of Navistar

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 31 - Navistar International Corp. investors led by Owl Creek I, LP bought 860,019 shares of the company's stock between Nov. 28 and Jan. 29.

The shares were priced from $48.25 to $55.62, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own 4,268,754 shares, or 6.08%, of the company's outstanding stock.

Navistar, through its subsidiary, International Truck and Engine Corp., produces commercial truck, school bus and mid-range diesel engines. The company is based in Warrenville, Ill.
