Nautilus director tapped to lead company as CEO

By Lisa Kerner

Charlotte, N.C., March 27 - Nautilus, Inc. director Edward J. Bramson assumed the duties of chief executive officer of the company on Wednesday. He is also a managing member of Sherborne Investors GP and Sherborne Management GP.

Bramson replaces Robert S. Falcone, who was CEO since August 13, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Falcone was asked by the Nautilus board of directors to step in and run the company following the termination of Nautilus' previous CEO, the filing said.

Sherborne and its affiliates beneficially own 8,438,426 shares, or 26.7%, of the Vancouver, Wash., fitness products company.
