New Issue: Armenia's National Mortgage sells AMD 805 million 12-month bonds

Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 6 - National Mortgage Co. RCO CJSC placed AMD 805 million of 12-month bonds on Wednesday.

The weighted average rate was 8.6766%, and the cut-off rate was 8.8013%, according to a company news release.

The company had planned to sell up to AMD 1 billion of the bonds.

National Mortgage is a refinancing credit organization based in Yerevan, Armenia.
