Natco Group shareholder sells shares, cuts ownership interest to 4.9%

Charlotte, N.C., April 8 - A group of Natco Group Inc. investors led by the D3 Family Fund, LP sold 282,407 shares between March 18 and April 7 at prices from $19.79 to $21.15 each.

The transactions were reported in a schedule 13D/A filed on Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

D3 and its affiliates beneficially own 972,931 shares, or approximately 4.9%, of the company's outstanding stock.

Natco is a Houston-based provider of wellhead process equipment, systems and services used in the production of oil and gas.
