Chicago, April 23 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $154,000 0% capped contingent absolute return buffered notes due July 29, 2027 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the index, capped at par plus 28.67%.
If the index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return of the index.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index beyond 20%.
