Gabelli, Gamco report 7.82% stake in Myers Industries

New York, May 25 - Myers Industries, Inc. investors led by Gabelli Funds, LLC and Gamco Asset Management Inc. reported a 7.82% stake in the company.

The reporting funds own 2,747,675 shares, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Myers is an Akron, Ohio, maker of polymer products for industrial, agricultural, automotive, commercial and consumer markets.
