Chicago, April 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $270,000 of 0% geared buffer securities due Jan. 24, 2029 linked to an equally-weighted basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The basket consists of the Russell 2000 index and the MSCI EAFE index.
If the basket finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times the gain.
If the basket finishes flat or falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.111111% for every 1% of basket decline beyond the 10% buffer.
