Mill Road Capital reports 9.6% stake in Mothers Work

Charlotte, N.C., May 21 - Mothers Work, Inc. investors led by Mill Road Capital GP LLC bought 329,756 shares of the company's stock between March 13 and May 20 priced from $13.49 to $17.70 per share.

The transactions were reported in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

According to the filing, the investors beneficially own 581,839 shares, or 9.6%, of the Philadelphia maternity wear retailer.
