New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $405,000 buffered PLUS linked to S&P 500
Chicago, April 19 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $405,000 of 0% buffered PLUS due Jan. 27, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of the index return subject to a maximum return of par plus 34%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 20% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 20%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
