Monro Muffler Brake director cuts stake to 4.4%

Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 17 - Monro Muffler Brake, Inc. director Peter J. Solomon reduced his ownership interest in the company to 4.4% from 5.8%.

Solomon sold 240,417 shares between Jan. 29 and Feb. 6 at prices from $24.15 to $24.65 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Between Nov. 3 and Nov. 10, Solomon sold 296,338 shares of the company's stock at prices from $20.83 to $21.27 each, a prior SEC filing said.

Solomon beneficially owns 873,704 shares of the Rochester, N.Y.-based provider of automotive undercar repair and tire services.
