Monaco Coach to consider strategic alternatives

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 5 - Monaco Coach Corp. said it will evaluate strategic alternatives for the company with the assistance of Imperial Capital, LLC.

Possible alternatives include joint ventures, mergers or other strategic transactions, the company said.

It was also announced that Avondale Partners, LLC will help Monaco Coach evaluate strategic alternatives for its Signature Motorhome Resorts business.

BMO Capital Markets has been retained to review options for the company's equine trailer division, Bison Manufacturing, LLC, and its specialty trailer division, Roadmaster LLC.

Monaco Coach is a Coburg, Ore.-based designer, manufacturer and seller of motor coaches and towable recreational vehicles.
