MI Developments shareholder buys 1.3 million shares, holds 5.1% stake

Charlotte, N.C., March 20 - A group of MI Developments, Inc. investors led by North Run Capital, LP bought 1,306,236 shares of the company's stock between Feb. 5 and March 20 priced from $5.50 to $7.55 each.

The investors beneficially owns 2,365,800 shares, or 5.1%, of the Aurora, Ont., real estate development company, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
