RGM Capital reports 7.31% stake in Midas

Charlotte, N.C., June 4 - RGM Capital, LLC reported the purchase of 96,500 shares of Midas, Inc. between April 7 and May 23.

The shares were priced from $14.77 to $18.00 each, a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission stated.

The investor beneficially owns 1.01 million shares, or 7.31%, of the Itasca, Ill.-based retail automotive services company.
