Gamco-led investors report 15.68% stake in Midas

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 30 - Midas Inc. investors led by Gabelli Funds, LLC and Gamco Asset Management Inc. purchased 171,040 shares of the company's common stock between Aug. 27 and Oct. 29 priced from $16.25 to $20.35 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reporting persons own 2,297,401 shares, or 15.68%, of the Itasca, Ill.-based retail automotive services company.
