Omega Fund affiliate sells shares, drops stake in Micromet to 6.94%

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 25 - Omega Fund I, LP affiliate Sharon Rose Alvarez-Masterton reported a 6.94% stake in Micromet, Inc. following a series of share sales between Sept. 17 and Sept. 24, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

The investor beneficially owns 4,763,552 shares of the Carlsbad, Calif., biotechnology company.

Omega Fund affiliates reported a 7.31% stake following share sales between Aug. 13 and Sept. 9, a prior SEC filing said.
