Micromet investors led by Omega Fund sell shares, keep 7.31% interest

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 10 - Affiliates of Omega Fund I, LP reported a 7.31% stake in Micromet, Inc. following a series of share sales between Aug. 13 and Sept. 9, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday.

The investors beneficially own 5,021,552 shares of the Carlsbad, Calif., biotechnology company.
