Pittsburgh, Dec. 21 - Mibanco made the second issue under its second program of series A certificates of deposit, selling $3 million of the CDs at 97.6875 to yield 5.6814%, according to a company news release.
Mibanco is a Lima, Peru, microfinance institution.
