Pittsburgh, April 26 - Mibanco said it made the third issue under its first program of series A notes, selling S/. 10 million of the notes due Jan. 22, 2006 at 96.45313 to yield 4.903%.

Mibanco is a Lima, Peru, microfinance institution.
