Miami Children's Hospital, Fla., prepares $103.75 million revenue deal

New York, July 11 - The Miami-Dade County Health Facilities Authority of Florida is expected to price $103.75 million of series 2013 hospital revenue refunding bonds for the Miami Children's Hospital, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/A/A) will be sold on a negotiated basis with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to refund the hospital's series 2006A-2, 2006B-1 and 2006B-2 revenue bonds.
