MFS Florida Municipal assets acquired by MFS Municipal Income Fund

San Diego, Nov. 4 - The MFS Florida Municipal Bond Fund has been terminated, effective after the close of business on Nov. 4, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

As previously announced, the fund's shareholders approved on Oct. 27 the reorganization of the fund into MFS Municipal Income Fund.

Boston-based MFS serves as the investment adviser for both funds.
