Correction: Banc of America is MF Global offering's left bookrunner

Joint bookrunners for MF Global Ltd.'s $150 million offering of non-cumulative perpetual convertible preference shares and $150 million of convertible senior notes are Banc of America, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and JP Morgan.

Bank of America is the left bookrunner, not Morgan Stanley, as was incorrectly reported in the June 19 edition of the Prospect News Convertibles Daily.

Hamilton, Bermuda-based MF Global is a broker of exchange-listed futures and options.
