Merit Medical gets CE Mark for Impress catheter

Tampa, Fla., July 14 - Merit Medical Systems, Inc. has received the CE Mark to market the Impress catheter in Europe.

Previously, the company received 510(k) clearance from the Food and Drug Administration.

With headquarters in South Jordan, Utah, Merit Medical is engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of disposable medical accessories used in interventional and diagnostic procedures, particularly in cardiology and radiology.
