MedWorth Acquisition prices $48 million IPO of common stock at $8

Deal sells shares through EarlyBirdCapital with $7.2 million greenshoe

Knoxville, Tenn., May 20 - MedWorth Acquisition Corp. priced its $48 million initial public offering of stock with a $7.2 million greenshoe in an S-1 filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It expects the shares to trade on the Nasdaq under "MWRX."

The company will sell 6 million common shares at $8.00 per share on a firm commitment basis.

EarlyBirdCapital, Inc. is the underwriter.

Proceeds will be used for fees, expenses, working capital and general corporate purposes.

The blank check company is based in Miami.
