Obrem Capital owns 5.1% of MDS

Charlotte, N.C., April 9 - Obrem Capital Management, LLC and its affiliates reported beneficial ownership of 6,242,200 shares, or 5.1%, of MDS Inc. in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The shares were acquired between Feb. 22 and April 8 priced from $16.19 to $20.60 each.

MDS is a life sciences company based in Toronto.
