Primecap Management says it has 5.13% passive stake in McDermott

Philadelphia, Dec. 3 - Primecap Management Co. reported a 5.13% investment in McDermott International Inc. as of Nov. 30, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The holdings represent a passive stake of 11,702,992 shares.

McDermott International is a Houston construction and engineering company.
