MathStar to consider alternatives

Charlotte, N.C., May 21 - MathStar, Inc. announced it will explore strategic alternatives with the assistance of an investment banker.

There can be no assurance the review will result in any transaction, according to a company news release.

MathStar, a Hillsboro, Ore., fabless semiconductor company, will hold its 2008 annual meeting on Thursday.
