Moody's: Manpower notes Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa3 rating to Manpower, Inc.'s €350 million 4.5% senior notes due 2018.

The notes will repay revolving credit borrowings used to refinance €300 of notes which matured June 1, 2012 and increase cash.

The outlook remains positive.

As a large, global staffing sector leader, Moody's said it believes that Manpower's importance to their customers has grown with increased preference for greater work force flexibility. Staffing demand is cyclical and Manpower's results will be sensitive to economic conditions in its largest markets.
