Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 15 - Manas Petroleum Corp. settled a $2.6 million private placement of units on Sept. 4, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 4 million units at $0.65 apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant.
Each warrant is exercisable at $0.95 for two years.
Manas is a Baar, Switzerland-based oil exploration and development company.
