Gamco sells shares of Magnetek, keeps 6.61% interest

Charlotte, N.C., March 16 - Investors led by Gamco Asset Management Inc. sold 38,600 shares of Magnetek, Inc. stock between Feb. 4 and March 13.

The shares were priced between $1.23 and $2.15 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Gamco and its affiliates beneficially own 2,054,273 shares, or 6.61%, of the Menomonee Falls, Wis., company.

Magnetek manufactures and sells digital power control systems used to control motion and power in material handling, people moving, telecommunications and energy delivery applications.
