Advent International's ownership of Lululemon falls to 7.48%

Charlotte, N.C., June 26 - Advent International Corp. and its affiliates beneficially own 5,096,526 shares, or 7.48%, of Lululemon Athletica, Inc., it was reported in a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On June 18 the investors beneficially owned 6,036,265 shares, or 8.86%, of the Vancouver, B.C., athletic apparel manufacturer, a prior SEC filing said.

It was previously reported in February that Advent completed an in-kind distribution of 5 million shares of Lululemon Athletica common stock to some Advent partners and claimed ownership of 7,564,956 shares, or 11.20%, of Lululemon's outstanding stock.
