New Issue: Maryland Health offers up $60.37 million Loyola University revenue debt

New York, Sept. 24 – The Maryland Health and Higher Educational Facilities Authority priced $60,365,000 of series 2014 revenue bonds for Loyola University, said a pricing sheet.

The bonds (A2/A/) were sold through BofA Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

The bonds are due 2027 to 2034 with term bonds due in 2039 and 2045. The serial coupons range from 3.25% to 5% with 2.88% to 3.63% yields. The 2039 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 101.637 to yield 3.80%. The 2045 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 100.731 to yield 3.91% and a 5% coupon priced at 112.387 to yield 3.51%.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority’s series 2006A revenue bonds issued for the university.
