Louisiana Bancorp investor buys more shares, increases stake to 5.06%

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 27 - A group of Louisiana Bancorp Inc. investors led by Sandler O'Neill Asset Management, LLC bought 4,800 shares between July 31 and Aug. 17 priced at $13.55 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday.

The investors beneficially own 268,600 shares, or 5.06%, of the Metairie, La., bank holding company.
