Loral Space & Communications shareholder ups stake to 60.8%

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 24 - Loral Space & Communications Inc. investors led by MHR Advisors LLC bought 761,950 shares of the company's stock on Nov. 21 for $7.75 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own a total of approximately 19.17 million shares, or 60.8%, of the New York satellite communications company.
